I have bought my 2013 Subaru Impreza and i have been very happy with my purchase since then. I didn’t feel pressured at all. They made me feel like a friend and even gave me advice on how to keep up with maintenance. 10 days after purchase mechanical issue came up with a car but they still paid for the labor and part which was around $1500. I wasn’t expecting it since i took it to the mechanic for the pre-sale inspection. Although they weren’t obligated to pay for it but they still took care of me as a customer.
